well ok, but that is not the limit of the hyperbolic comments. But nice pile of straw you have there.

which statute was that again?

that's very adult of you.

Ok, maybe I just am out of the loop on these things, but as a guy who remembers being a teenager, with those hormone levels no "grooming" is required. It could be the first time them met if they were attractive. The "teachers" are no doubt predators, but this doesn't take years of planning either.

both things can't be "probable". If most cases are on contingency it is by definition for likely to be on contingency, not equally likely to be straight fee.

of course, there are organic pesticides

tell that to the grand jury that indicted the Gov.

there are men's only organizations and women's only organizations, and generally I'm ok with that. My problem is when the organization becomes a proxy for business, which necessarily inhibits the ability of women to advance in the business world.

though I don't think the decision had anything to do with Republicans (though I agree they have tiny dicks)

the law as written covered a lot more than that though, that was the main problem.

yes, because if the law is tossed the dude didn't technically commit a crime.

yes they could, the law though was terrible (as someone posted already the exact language). I think the route needs to be toward defining what you have an reasonable expectation of privacy for and then going after invasions of said space. E.g., if you can say there is a reasonable expectation of privacy in a bathroom

aren't they generally as long as they are not trespassing?

Let me just put something interesting in front of you and just tell you not to look....

Nice article demonstrating that you don't understand the Constitution.

But see Navarette v. California 134 S. Ct. 1683

"an anonymous tip IS NOT PROBABLE CAUSE." The US Supreme Court disagrees with you on that one, so perhaps you shouldn't be so cocky.

So if someone calls and says a person was being mugged someone but they aren't mugging someone when the police arrive they just have to go home?

"If that is what you want to think" the actual outcome here supports the claim.

doesn't that assume there are relevant copyright protections in Thailand?
