That seems to be the case. I just found it odd because the First Firewall just drops the part with no chest. If the designer was just pulling a “Haha it’s a trap” card then fair enough. Though from a lore perspective I’m just wondering what the heck that all was.
I suppose it just seemed strange to me. The quest in general was different to what we’re used to. I liked it as well though something felt off about the whole thing...
You know I found it strange that they placed a chest at the top of the Cayde Tower to trigger the 3 wizards and the lack of dialogue from Ghost or Rasputin was curious. Hell even the Praedyth quest felt more polished and by the end I was sweating. (Solo)
I had the itch to replay it and it worked just fine on my Windows 7 PC with a few ini tweaks. Those who experienced problems are unlucky it seems.

Haha same. They patched some spells but before it things like the stone armour were just crazy OP on those darn Kings.
