I am still rocking a i7-920. Crazy how long that machine has lasted (overclocked since day one).

I want to build a new gaming rig as mine is well very old (Core i7-920, yes... the original one). I have updated it over the years (added SSD, liquid cooling and I upgraded the graphics from a GTX 260 about 4 years ago). I am not a heavy gamer, but it’s starting to show its age now. But hey i have gotten over 8 years

I am saddened I had to scroll this much to find someone making this observation. I am disappointed internet.

Do you live near Charlotte, NC? Because you sound like you could be my new best friend. I feel you completely. As a dad of three (1 biological son, and 2 adopted sons) I completely agree with you.

I feel part of the problem is the price has jumped significantly in past years. Now part of that is more safety equipment or standard equipment, but damn what is the average transaction price now, over $34,000? I must getting cheaper as I get older (definitely possible), because I usually buy a new car just before the

That’s sad. You must work for Mitsubishi, because just about every manufacturer has at least one “cool” car :)

And those will be the first people to dump those when gas gets high. Thus saturating the market for trucks, and making them a more reasonable price. I for one am waiting with anticipation (I want to buy a truck, but their prices are ridiculous for new or used)

Yea classify them as what they are. Lifted hatchbacks.

Not all cars that have a tailgate are great.

I have zero idea on if that is a true good price for this or not, but hot damn I wouldn’t want to pay $60,000 for a brand new Alfa let alone a 27 year old one.

I wonder if he fixes his own cars or is he just a pretender.

Introducing the Yamaha Wheeler (inspired by Return to Oz).

As reckless as that sounds, I would take the doc carrying a baby on the bike vs leaving it to burn.

Nothing to see here. I will just back up and head on my way......

Kudos for the Bloodhound Gang reference.

$24,500 seems a good deal for a Flex Stripper. I am have always seen them sold by the hour........

I would feel more comfortable in a loaner car than mine own during a hurricane and flooding.

During the down turn I worked as a car salesman for 6 months. I loves cars and I had been successful in the past with selling cell phones, so I thought why not give it a try. Not the worst job I have had (I served four and half years at a big box retail store that will remain nameless that holds that honor. And yes

Now playing

Reading this made me think of Day[9] (Sean Plott) explaining Gramham’s number.

This is what I have always loved about Mazda. They are willing to try new things. Sometimes they don’t work out (Renesis engines), but at least they had the guts to try. To top it off, they are one of the smaller manufactures at that.
