I wish I had known how to count calories as a teenager. I'd always been told you should eat less to lose weight, so I'd skip breakfast and have 2 zebra cakes and clear root beer for lunch, because obviously small portions of white/clear food is the answer. I'm with you here. Why buy a whole new wardrobe each time you lose/gain weight? Especially for the fat clothes: it was hard enough to find something flattering the first time around! It's so much less stressful to just have some clutter than to have to shop so often.

The problem is that I like reading about KK because I like her and her family. Watching her show reminds me of happy times I had with my own sisters. It makes me miss them like crazy. And seeing her reminds me that it's okay to just be yourself and to enjoy life. Where you see shallowness, I see authenticity.
