It’s actually quite easy to get a few hundred Instagram followers on an account with no content. All you have to do is start following popular accounts, and random followers will start pouring in at about 10% of the number you follow.

The fact that the focus on her personality and facial expressions has led to some medical-related speculation does or will affect her, in my view. It’s unfair scrutiny of her that is has nothing to do with her parents.

Sure. And it would be extremely hypocritical for Cruz to complain about this (like it was when Palin did it). I’m especially uncomfortable with the focus on her facial expressions and the speculation it has sparked.
