There are two true Daryls...
I feel that way about the recent swarm of YA books. They’re fine, for a certain age group, but I’m getting recommended titles by adults. I want to say “It’s fine if your reading level hasn’t matured since middle school, but some of us need something a little deeper.”
Plus it has the added emotional “oomph” of why it’s happening, and talking to the villain rather than beating him up. It was one of the first episodes I saw, actually, and the fact they could go from “In the middle of my backswing?!” to “I LOST MY SON!” in such a short time convinced me to keep coming back.
My whole theater (very white, in OKLAHOMA) loved M’Baku.
That huge mountain of a man sitting on his throne giggling because he made a joke. That’s when I knew he was aces. ;)
Ha
Why go to the racist angle when we have “Curse your sudden but inevitable betrayal!”?
Somewhere in Central City, there’s a medical examiner who performed an autopsy going, “Uh no, that dude’s dead.”
Juno Woo, you-know-who. Dangerous.
Pillboi got box seats, dawg!
Rey is a nobody. Just like all of us.
This is like the killer’s alibi in an episode of Monk.
Dancing?!? Heavens, he would never risk being seen doing such a sinful thing!
I agree! I thought maybe it was an issue with the writers being pulled in too many directions, what with exclusive content for subscribers and the novels meaning the actual podcast was suffering. I can only imagine what the requirements of a TV series will do to the show. :/
Every time I read these and reach “Megyn Kelly Today ended,” I let myself believe it means “was cancelled as the credits rolled.”
I don’t want to know what this joker would be like with MORE traumatic brain injury.
I’m white, and I get unsettled by people who plaster the flag all over everything like it’s a religion. You pass a house with an open garage door revealing one entire wall is covered by the stars and stripes...? Yeah, I’m not sending my kids there to sell Girl Scout cookies.
Took me WAY too long/many views of the video to realize this wasn’t an American car. Dumb American brain kept looking at the wrong side of the car as “driver’s side” and couldn’t figure it out. Gah, think globally next time, doofus!
Oh shoot, I feel like I should know this one... Bush, Obama, and... uh... hm. Geez. Boy, this is gonna bug me...
