I’ll admit that aside from the wonderful Hedwig’s Theme, his Sorcerer’s Stone is not among my favorite scores. Certainly not as good as the Prisoner of Azkaban. But ‘hideous’? No.

What a prick. Who died and made him King?
Idris Elba. It would be perfect.
This doesn’t seem that surprising in an era where people are signing up to play superheroes for 10 movies, 5 tv shows, and an unspecified number of cameos in other projects.
That song just makes me think we’re in for the most haunting Conan O’Brien Needs A Friend episode ever.
Did anyone still actually believe that a Star Wars movie that hadn’t begun filming yet, much less hired any actors, was going to make a Christmas ‘23 release date?
Wait, Margot Robbie AND Samara Weaving are in this? Please tell me they’re playing twins.
From my good friend this morning, “Andrew gets the Corgis because he has the most experience at grooming.”.
Ke Huy Quan was also at D23 to talk about his role in season 2 of Loki, which led to this lovely picture:
Indiana Jones and the Reverse Mortgage
If it’s not called ‘THIS IS CETI ALPHA FIVE!!’ I will be very disappointed.
Don’t forget about the impact Gozer the Traveler had on this world. He came in one of the pre-chosen forms. During the rectification of the Vuldrini, the traveler came as a large and moving Torg! Then, during the third reconciliation of the last of the McKetrick supplicants, they chose a new form for him: that of a…

I get that Connery didn’t want to be in it, but I felt like they could have done a better job mentioning his and Marcus’ deaths.
Sounds awfully ‘romantic’. Please don’t be a romance between her and Indy. Which also makes me wonder where Marion is. I haven’t seen any mention of Karen Allen being in this. Hope they don’t wave her death off as an afterthought the way they did Sean Connery in Krystal Skull.
I’ve have found that watching movies in 3D, at least for me, takes away from the experience of watching the movie. I spend more time noticing the effect and less time watching and enjoying the movie. I’ll see Jaws this weekend in IMAX, but not in 3D. The IMAX rereleases of ET and Rogue One over the last few weeks…
Didn’t Shatner try to retcon V’Ger’s origin in one of the Trek books he wrote to say the machine planet it returned from was actually the Borg homeworld?
FYI all of the major theater chains are having a special next Saturday. Every movie, in any format and showtime, is $3 a ticket.
So from what I understand, there are (or were) three DC movies that would have Michael Keaton in them as ‘89 Batman: Batgirl has been shitcanned, Aquaman 2 cut all of the Keaton scenes and is replacing them with Batfleck, and then there’s The Flash, which I only cared about in the first place because of Keaton being…
Ok, we had William Hurt in a few MCU movies, and now Tim Roth, so can we please get Betty Ross back into Bruce’s life? It would make for some great storytelling possibilities, and I don’t think anyone wouldn’t want to see Liv Tyler back in the MCU.
