That’s quite possibly the only thing that could ever happen to get me to play that game.

Can you level up and get the USS Flagg and be the coolest kid on your street for like a solid year, until Brian Thompson ‘accidentally’ steps on it and breaks off one end of it?

As long as the logo stays basically the same, just without the word ‘Fox’ on it, this doesn’t really bother me.  But if they ever stop using the musical fanfare, I will completely lose my shit.

I read an interview with one of his writers years ago, (wish I could remember who, sorry) and he said they would almost always do a pre-interview if it was someone Dave didn’t know, like a first-time guest, but he frequently ignored the notes if he felt like the interview was naturally going well. This was during the

Most talk shows do this. There’s usually a pre-interview with a staffer to find some nugget to fill the real interview and the host will try and steer the conversation towards it. Everyone knows this. It’s not new and I don’t have any problem with it. The best hosts are able to steer the conversation without it being

I remember when the cast changed I thought that meant the show got a new cast every year. So when Hartman and all those guys came back in ‘87 I was very happily surprised.

The RD, Jr. season was the first year I watched SNL. When they were replaced in ‘86, it was with the all-time group of Hartman, Carvey, Nealon etc.

Jason Sudekis dancing in that track suit used to always guarantee a laugh out of me, until I saw that footage of him punching baby yoda.  Monster.

Now playing

They should try and fit this line into the show.

So where will he fall in the MI villain rankings?   Between the high of Philip Seymour Hoffman and the low of Dougray Scott?  I’m guessing somewhere right in the middle.

Hoping someone over there will actually review the show this time.  After one really scathing review of it when Season One debuted, Season 2 was barely commented on.  It’s a terrific show, give it a shot this time.

‘handed the idiot ball’

I’ll admit they went overboard on the holiday tie-ins.  It’s Arbor Day, Charlie Brown and Flashbeagle are two of the more ridiculous ones that spring to mind. But The Christmas Special is just that. Special.

If you’re going to pick something from Endgame (and I’m not saying you shouldn’t), I would be very hard-pressed to decide between the one you went with or Mjolnir flying into Cap’s hand. I’ve never experienced a reaction like that in a movie theater.

Now I want this more than I do the unaltered original Star Wars trilogy on Blu-ray.

This is just bizarre. I don’t mean that as a bad thing. Honestly, I was sold after the opening credits announced it was brought to you by ’The Mill and Belinda Goats Foundation and Viewers Like You.  Well, Not You.’

Breathed needs to do a website similar to this one. His new strips are a pain in the ass to find and keep up with if you don’t do Facebook or Twitter.

What We Say to Dogs vs. What They Hear.   I show people that one whenever they start talking sports to me to illustrate how much of it I’m comprehending.

I love that he adds ‘from the movie Zodiac’ after mentioning Gyllenhaal.

I was holding out for Clarence GilyardEither that, or Tim Robbins in The Revenge of Merlin.
