One could argue that a military subblog post that has nothing going to do with planes, vehicles, boats... or otherwise interesting to gear heads type topics, should not be on a jalopnik subblog of any kind...

At this point I’m just happy it’s body-on-frame, which if you think about it is a significant departure from current trends in SUVs. Small victory but hey, expectations can be a bitch, especially unfounded, emotionally sourced ones.

Look, I realize everyone loves to ridicule US drivers license tests for their, uh, lax requirements.... but there is a test and result is a license and an accountable party with insurance to cover their liability in an accident (at least by law).
