No doubt, it's great.
No doubt, it's great.
A Wrangler can weigh up to 5000 lbs. That's not small.
the first number is the manual transmission, the second is the automatic.
Looks like there is no 1:1 ratio for the 2015 GTI. Not sure if this is the same as previous year models, don't really keep up with VWs in that way... This does mean that if the dyno is no accounting for this, the numbers are off.
While for most "normal" cars I see turbos as adding complexity and potentially over-stressing engines which could cause durability issues down the road, for the Ferrari, I see this as actually a less stressful option than revving an NA motor to 9000 rpm to get there. Also, making insane power with turbos is a lot…
Not that I like it but it seems they are doing what BMW has done by putting an "NA equivalent" displacement number so as to keep the continuity of "bigger number = faster, more HP"
Please, is there any other?
Fuck, you mean every knows I'm 3 months overdue for an oil change? How embarrassing.
No, it's like asking, "why do environmental regulations keep getting tighter after everything's been cleaned up."
Gotta play that race card always. So tired. Seems every post on the Gawker network is somehow politicized. I guess it plays well to your primary demo. Kinda sad and narrow.
This one:
all the keys.
Someone must have misplaced the keys to the kingdom. Ooops.
Dude, I totally get you bro. My Corvette is big, fast sedan too but I get no love.
Last time I checked everyone is required to carry comprehensive coverage if you have a loan on the vehicle. If the vehicle is paid for and you choose to go liability only, your bad. Body work is ALWAYS way more expensive than anyone wants to pay.
So what you're saying is the Viper ACR really isn't faster than a GTI? I frickin' knew it!
You're exactly right but, which is more immoral? Giving a pregnant woman a ride for $200, or having no ride available at all because all the $50 rides are taken and there is no incentive for more uber drivers to come online?
Two issues here are always getting combined into one. Corporate empathy/compassion and basic supply and demand. Gold is expensive because of it's scarcity and high demand. When demand rises, we need prices to rise to provide incentive for more supply. At $X/mile (or whatever) there will be Y number of Uber drivers…
I'd like to have seen them do the same thing on a 2014. Send both trucks to the dealer and compare the results.
It was just a joke. Not a factual statement on the NASCAR race format. Then again all races in the "the chase" are on ovals I believe.
