You do see the other two covered cars that are obviously Mustangs? Also the original GT350 moniker had nothing to do with the horsepower of the car... so it is almost certainly for a Mustang GT350.
8-speed auto with a 400 lb-ft diesel.
Nice write up. I do find it funny that you feel you have to defend the Corvette against internet haters that drive '83 corolla wagons (the cool ones, that is) and don't understand a supreme performance bargain when they see one.
This is exactly why they were a crappy investment.
Ah, I see. Cheers.
No. I'm saying your comparison between the Toureg's and the Ram's towing capabilities is apples to oranges. Hence the original comment, "are you serious"?
You do realize that 30,000 lbs is not the maximum weight the Ram can tow but only the weight that it is rated to tow at, safely, with reliability, on a daily basis, at 75mph, etc.?
Are you serious?
"A large domestic beer sold for the bargain basement price of $11."
nevermind.
Back in the day, when most tires weren't 45 series or less, you could actually tell when the tire was low, visually. Now it was still important to check your pressure for reasons of efficiency and tire wear, but you knew immediately by visual inspection that the tire was inflated enough to be "safe" or not.
I owned a 240d. Didn't bother me at all and I like the simplicity of the non-turbo diesel.
240d.
It's jag-whar, yours, Texas. As fas as I know we only have about three or four accents here but I'm pretty sure we all pronounce Jaguar the same.
And they say drifting ain't racing...
I imagine you can find some pretty offensive references to middle easterners in the UK too... This was one person from an affluent London neighborhood. That said, some Texans would not hesitate to throw around terms such as "towel head" or "camel jockey" but not "most" Texans.
I don't know if political correctness has gone too far but I think gulfies, folks from the gulf area, is a reasonably inoffensive term... in other words, is it really racism? It's definitely distaste for a certain cultural element that has recently become part of your life. Is that really racism or a purely reasonable…
I love these but not as much as those dip shits that are driving the market for them into low earth orbit. Crack pipe.
I'm right there with you Roberto, but I've given up calling out the strange, yet blatant, hipsteresque political correctness that pervades this blog lately. It's obviously their perspective... which they narrowly seem to think the world, or at least their readership, shares.
