Of all of the Zl1 / GT500 comparos not one has mentioned the GT500s adjustable dampers or what setting they were on for these tests. I don't really think it would make a 2 second difference but still, I'd like to know if they tried any different settings.

I think Ford built exactly the car they wanted to. There's no question they can build a very track focused car (Boss 302); this is not that. And deliberately so.

I've always thought the ZL1's competition was really the Boss302... With those magnetorheological dampers, it's really competent on the road courses... the GT500 has a nice handling setup but can't really compete. The Boss's deficit, on the other hand, would be that it's short a hundred HP or so... But, as the Zl1

No. It's true.

Oh yes, it begs for a six speed manual. That's why I love the Juke.

" "...higher seating position," which amounts to a crutch for insecure drivers. "

So what. This will not dissuade me from buying those new sunglasses with a Sidewalk Departure Warning System. I still have faith in the technology. And I'm really tired of walking off curbs.

I'm not an Escape / cross-over apologist but you can spec out an Escape much nicer than a Focus. AND AND AND, 2.0 Ecoboost 240hp, 270 lb-ft starting at $26,900. It only weighs 3500 lbs.; great for a SUV/crossover.

I you buy MB's marketing, that the CLS is a four door coupe, then I guess you can make the case.

I dunno... call me whatever you like... something about the arrogance of "hey, let's get together and figure out how we can get other people to make better choices!!!" just rubs me the wrong way. Especially when it's followed with, "we can even use their own money to convince them that our way is best!".

Well, if we are being objective, it scored higher than the BRZ in acceleration, tied it in ride, only lost by 1 point in handling, is a better value and can seat 4 people. Focus ST wins!

But ours obviously does. Look, I want people to be taken care of if they are without any other means. If they can afford a car payment, they can afford healthcare. I agree that healthcare and insurance costs are out of control, this current law is not the answer in my opinion.

Don't worry... Now that the government has to pay for folks healthcare, I'm sure they'll figure out a way to outlaw bacon, you know, to help keeps costs in check and all. Or maybe they'll just implement a bacon tax.

Scantily-clad lovely lady posing with car = sexy...

After watch, you will have point. That is point.

I mostly agree. Cool project, a little over-priced though. That said, for $10K I would take it over a supercharged 4.6. Because torque. Torque in a heavy car. This would work much better for me than the less torquey top-end power of a supercharged 4.6.

Have a good day, sir. If I knew your nationality I'd leave you with a nice ethnic joke.
