You are just wrong. The Flash specifically talked about calling supergirl and Oliver to stop devoe (decided against it) Thor takes place off planet so that separates him,and they still had the hulk. The standalone movies always give a reason why they do not call others(black panther country was hidden, Tony Stark does

Yep, because Superman the movie and Superman II were good movies. Everything else since are crap

Yep about the terraforming one of the many failures about the movie Man of Steel was Zod’s terraforming plan made no sense. “Earth is not only habitable but gives us superpowers, let’s violently change it”. (Not mentioning they just redid Superman II, there are no other Superman stories?

Yeah, it like kicking someone when they are down now. You just have take the little moments like Sam, Alex saying goodbye to m’yran and Winn’s little gadgets. The main plot is pretty unsalvageable and hope they do better next year

It is so convenient that her mom never asks Kara any uncomfortable questions about Mom el so they can have her talk about how perfect Kara Mel is without knowing he is married. Lol

I do not think Kara’s Mom would be talking about what a connection she sees between Kara and Mom el if Kara told her he was married to someone else, or she would look like a mom from the Jerry Sringer show. “Yeah, steal that man, girl!”

This is all on the DC comics. Their meddling is just awful. They continually prove how incompetent they are next to marvel. No one confuses Superman on supergirl with the movies.

You really have to admire their commitment to mediocrity here. “Hey everyone knows Kara will find the secret door, so let’s just let her press the first thing her hand falls on, it will save time” This show is like answer to “why do all stories do basic things like at least trying to show people looking for a secret

I think this show “is what it is” at this point and as a fan (former) of this show, you just have to sigh and accept this show will never overcome its limitations. It had some good moments (Alex and j’onn and his dad) and the San stuff was great. But the whole “let’s pretend Mon El is not married” and “I guess

I do agree with you. But I think they needed to bite the bullet and pay him for this year with the explanation it was just too far along to change direction. I know for this show especially it would be tough, but you cannot just ruin an entire season like this over one guy. We watch 23 episodes of a season long story

I am not doubting they are dating, it is the belief they are altering the actual story because of it, or keeping him on the show and restarting the character romance because of it. If they are doing the whole Kara Mel stuff again just because they are a real life couple, then that is pretty bad

They said Mon el was in love with imra and she with him. You are kind of stating what you wished happened, not what was shown. If they were going to go this way, they should stated from the get go he did not love imra

My predictions for next week:

It is either that or Renee is the biggest example of a red herring in TV history.  That would almost be just as good

The whole training with Paige seems in retrospect such a doomed effort. Elizabeth’s reasons that she yells at Paige that she could do stuff like she does here proves it. Paige never grew up like that. Elizabeth and Claudia both were rather delusional if they thought a good middle class church girl like Paige could

I always thought they should have gone the way of what Braniac did in Supergirl, and her “glasses” should be holo projectors (or some Krypton doodad) that makes her seem like a totally different person to others.  Do a “Quantum Leap” scene to sell it where Kara looks at a mirror and sees a totally different person.

I agree with the switch. I think season 1 was much stronger, but really lacked a good central villain. CBS runs a much tighter ship and I think the show would have not made so many mistakes on CBS. I really wish they had some patience and kept it, and maybe just moved production to Vancouver and kept it. I really

I agree with the review about the Guardian. It is nice they seem to be finding a place for James after a season and a half of everyone basically not liking him. But, as the reviewer said, this story really made no sense. Guardian is a vigilante, not a “hero”. He is basically Arrow, but on Earth 38 and this is not his

I really thought the Reign episode was the high point of the season, but this has been going downhill. The Mon El/Kara stuff is just too much. His speech to J’onn was just terrible. Who cares what the reason is he got together with his wife? He said he loves her. Like they are the first arranged marriage ever? It is
