On some aircraft, the front lav is actually much smaller, with low head height bc the fuselage tapers to the cockpit

You would be given Field sobriety tests, possibly a PAS test for BAC, then if arrested you would be given a chemical test for BAC . if you were under the limit, you wouldn't go to court. If you weren't "under the influence" you would pass field sobriety tests and not even deal with the rest
