Any relation to this guy?
Yeah you didn’t have to write all that, I’m familiar with the controllers. By layout you were clearly talking about symmetrical vs asymmetrical stick placement, and asserting that asymmetrical is objectively better. Which is why I said you’re wrong, because it’s subjective. The link I posted was just one example that…
The same holds true for both Tron and Wargames.
I loved it. I have it on dvd, and I’ve watched all the extras and even watched it again with commentary on lol.
LOL do you normally start conversations with yourself?
Scott Pilgrim is not an adaptation of a video game, nor is it about video games.
LOL just came across this:
Agreed!
You can’t say that the MS layout is objectively better (well you can, but you’d be wrong). It is entirely subjective. Or you just don’t know what those words mean.
Oh wow, that Dark Souls guy. I hope he doesn’t feel too bad if he finds out that it was easier, quicker, and much safer to just quit to xmb than to use the power button. Also, back up your saves!
Well, to be fair it is titled “A Pain Only Known To Players Of Final Fantasy XI”!
Well yeah, every standard will crumble away. And I get that they might want more functionality, but they could have done that with an open standard like usb connectors (mini or micro) but chose to use proprietary to force people into buying extras. I mean they even used micro usb for power, but it can’t charge the…
Cool, thx for info. I have no need for multiple accounts or stores, the only games I would play on PS TV (btw I have the first ‘ps tv’ (3d monitor) too lol) are the ones I’ve gotten free every month from ps+ over the years
Oh, wow I didn’t realize that! I have a psp, but never a vita and I was under the impression it used memory stick too. Well then, I agree that’s bullshit too.
Ok, so I guess I wasn’t specific enough. how’s this:
I started gaming with the NES and a Radioshack TRS-80 (not sure why you assume ps3 was my first when I wrote twice about my ps2). And I’m not sure how it’s fair to lump in things like controllers or memory cards when at the time there was no standard for anything like that. So yes, I guess you’re correct in the sense…
Then maybe I’m misinterpreting “Sony: We learned our lesson from last Gen. Don’t do anything proprietary. Check warehouse and see what we have and put together ps4.” as implying ps3 had proprietary stuff. I could be wrong, but either way, I feel it is relevant to the discussion at large.
ok, memory stick I’ll give you, but please remember that it was the original and only “digital film” that was then copied by cheaper alternatives. They kept using it for legacy purposes, although sony does support alternatives across their products, the first PS3s even came with built-in 4-card readers, but YES it’s…
I doubt it, 360 wireless controller worked with pc, but required a proprietary dongle, sold separately of course! They’ve never used bluetooth because they would have to pay licensing fees, and would lose all that free money from proprietary adapters.
Ps4 headset is a cheap piece of crap. The only reason they included it was because they were heavily criticised for not including a headset with ps3 at all when most 360s had one packed in. Try the gold headset, and there will be a world of difference (it’s USB open standard too, so it works on ps3, ps4, any computer…
