There’s a Cardassian in Starfleet command!

Not even available on iTunes anymore. A damn shame. 

That makes sense. The US rights to the first two Police Story films, First Strike, and Rumble in the Bronx are all owned by New Line. The US rights to Supercop are owned by Dimension Films.

I loved the line “there’s no coming back from being thrown into a reactor”. 

New Fist of Fury is a bit of a slog, but it sure ends with a bang.

I was a pretty big Star Wars fan, but I never saw the movie in the theatre. I was extremely pessimistic that a new Star Wars would be any good (I could still remember the cartoons, after all) and the film’s negative reception confirmed that.

As if the ownership of the camera were the determinative factor in who owns the copyright. I mean, if I write a novel using a pen I found on the side of the road, the person who dropped the pen can’t try to claim ownership of my novel.

I had to cheat a little bit, as I do whenever the week’s featured entry has a pretty barren talk page. Only the first thread comes from the literary career talk page; the remaining threads come from the talk page for the entry on the author himself.
