Visually at least, War of the Worlds: The Attack seems to draw heavily on the Spielberg movie. It looks low-budget, but can’t be worse than the last couple of small-screen attempts.

I was the same, but Dal grows as a character. It's worth sticking with.

It’s a fun movie, and you can tell the cast had fun making it.
