Agreed.  There doesn’t seem to be enough recognition for her.  Most of what I’ve read seemed rather generic outside of Adam Savage.  I was impressed that Jay Leno’s Garage on CNBC had a small tribute to her at the end of the first episode after she died, within days.  All Girls Garage?  Nothing.

Why should I spend all that package money on the 4cyl instead of getting an 8?

I mostly remember her from Xtrem 4X4 at Spike TV. She was a badass.

Holy shit. I was opening you guys up at work to just read some car news. This shook me to the core. I’ve watched her since her Spike days on the Powerblock. I remember getting excited to see her branch out to something as gigantic as Mythbusters. It was also awesome to see her jump in the cockpit of this beast and try

Yet I want them to get rid of the passenger rear door and make it a real 3 door hatch.

...but you’re looking at a Civic, which would hardly qualify as “attractive”

Why not the middle ground and get a Veloster N?

Meh. Played out. Also see: 1970 Chevelle and 1969 Camaro

Great... the return of the FWD that looks like a RWD. Lame garbage like this is why CUVs are taking over. Those at least look like they are or could be off-road vehicles. FWDs that look like RWDs don’t fool anyone, Especially once you “put your foot in it”.

It’ll be interesting to see how well the DCT on the Corvette is accepted.

Seems to me people who really want a 4-door see it like “omg it’s missing a door!” And those of us who like 2-doors see it as “cool, a bonus door for the rare occasion I let somebody sit in the back!” The claim that the third door looks bad kinda breaks my brain. “It should be two or four! Three looks dumb!” Except

I disagree, I think the bigger driver’s door makes the car easier to get in and out of for the vast majority of the time when only one person aboard. Where I live in the city, it’s pretty common to have all passengers get in/out on the curb side for saftey, so the door config works for me.

Yep, and everyone knows that cocks have their engines in the front the way God intended.

Don’t piss off your sole customer base. It’s like Harley Davidson saying our new bikes won’t support anyone who weighs over 140 pounds.

I’m gonna throw my hat out there, and say it’s probably based on the Transit Connect platform. Makes more sense.

Here’s a pic of David Tracy driving a Cherokee down a country road at night:

See? I told you this BMW-Toyota partnership was a bad idea”

I lived in Chattanooga for a while.   The cost of living there is really low too (or it least it was when I was there).  Rent was cheap, houses were cheap, no state income tax, fees for licenses and the like were low, etc.

I was thinking the same thing - I’d much rather have a Mk.1 than 2.
