Agreed, Bouchon was $23-40 an entree, pretty cheap for a Michelin Star restaurant.
Michelin star restaurants have been a disappointment for me. Been to Plumed Horse, Bouchon, Omakase, Manresa, Mourad, La Degustation Bohême Bourgeoise, Arany Kaviár. Even went to Sobrino de Botín, oldest restaurant in the world, and is not worth it.
