I grew up with pokemon on gameboy color, and I guess maybe I just grew out that phase. I do appreciate the the work they put in, but the story/acting is way over the top. 

I honestly don’t understand the love for this game. I have played almost all the popular JRPGs since FF3 and Chrono Trigger. This game is a giant grindfest with a mediocre story and over the top acting/drama that is cringe worthy even for tweens.
