If this was the case, no one in their right mind would ever accept a home loan. How many individuals can save up their whole life, only to be able to buy a house in their late 50s or 60s in cash? It doesn’t make sense. Buying a house with a home loan is better than paying rent. Sure, you might be paycheck to paycheck,

The F40 was indeed twin turbocharged, v8, and mid-engine.

Show’s terrible. Watched the entire first season to see if it improves, but it does not. Story is somewhat interesting, but here’s the issues I have:

Couldn’t agree more. The N20 engine makes my 428i way more agile than the 435i. You can feel it when you drive the car.

And both are heavily sought out. The advantage of freesync or gsync at those resolutions is significantly better than what is available on today’s market.

Fair enough, but they aren’t 2k either.

A communist system does not allow for ranks/classes/caste system. Which clearly exists in China.

Nice, they make gun parts and also motorcycles.

Hello, I am an African Prince. I have recently come into a lot of money due to an inheritance but cannot access it due to regulatory taxes. If you send me $1,000, I’ll send you $51,000 back. Then you can afford that Bugatti Veyron you’ve always wanted!

But it’s strange to call a country like China communist, when they are more capitalistic than many other democratic countries.

The USA is a constitutional republic, not a completely democratic society. It’s more along the lines of a representative democracy.

I think it’s strange to call China as a “Communist” country when their emerging middle class earns more than most middle classes in other countries. Also, having everything “Made in China” kinda kills the whole communism thing, even if the “Chinese Communist Party” is governing China at the moment.

This game is so demanding. Even with my Sapphire Tri-X triple fan 290x crossfire, I am running the game at 94 C. It’s turning my room into an oven.

Alright Doug, you’ve convinced me! I am going to start saving for the R34 GT-R Vspec II right now!

The one where I tried to make my 97 3000GT into a reliable car. I should have known it was not possible.

I don’t understand why traffic is limited to 50 MPH but the rider is limited to 15 MPH. Can someone explain this to me?

Another addition to #1: I used to have a friend who worked at the Santa Clara Sherriff’s department. He told me that the officers are paid overtime and so it benefits them heavily to show up to your ticket hearing.

The best Cab I ever had in my life was a 2009 PowderKeg from Mendocino county. It was $20 from BevMo, but you could get them for $10 each using the 5 cent sale. I’ve tried multiple wines in France, and other countries, and nothing has beaten that PowderKeg. Although, their 2012 is lacking what the 2009 had.

Test drove one before buying my 428i, the G37 has no life. And it doesn’t hug corners like the BMW.
