Pay to enjoy, as in if I don’t pay for this extra thing, I will not enjoy the game. That may be a stretch with consumable shaders, but most games in this genre have these as standard, and Activision is making them a paid add-on. In my mind, it’s like a car dealership charging you for the floor mats. Not cool at all.

Lol VH1 Soul was my Spotify in the morning as I was getting ready for work. I remember “The Real World” being appointment television.

I just don’t know what makes it relevant anymore. Want to watch a music video or concert? Go to your phone for free. Want to watch a reality show or teen drama or edgy cartoon?

I mean, they had the VMAs not too long ago, right? Like two weekends ago?

I usually don’t have a problem with microtransactions either. In fact, I praise and thank every whale I come across that helps support the games I play that has them. I personally do not contribute to microtransactions much for the most part.

I agree about the shitty microtransactions part, but when did they say Destiny 2 would be devoid of shitty microtransactions?

Correction, a game like this is expensive to make, and maintain. I put in twice as many hours into games that cost me far less than Destiny, but the visuals, content, and community are what make this game worth than the $60 we pay for.

I’m not against microtransactions. I’m against pay to win, and pay to enjoy.

Yeah. I didn’t say I liked it though. I’ve long hit that point where MTV ignores what I like. Is MTV even a thing anymore?

At least I can understand every word she says. For that, it’s better than 99% of the garbage trap music coming out right now.

You need to get in on this Facebook comment action:

Vision of Confluence... I thought it was a description for an overpriced perfume, instead it was a gun. Then, having people shorten the name to “confluence” because they didn’t know what the word means was also weird.

Bryce, you literally now have the power to shut down the Internet. Tell the world you did it for Kaep. Oh my god, the takes will be glorious before World War III, or Civil War II, either one.

Beautiful

This is interesting, because when I was a kid in the 80's, Stephen King movies were amazing. I didn’t even know he wrote books until maybe the mid 90's.

“Howard isn’t near anything but hood shit. If you said that you were trying to buy weed and you ended up on Howard’s campus, then I’d believe you. If you said that you were on a real black-Washington historical tour that included the CVS at the intersection of Seventh Street and Florida Avenue that also served as a

Saturdays are weird on HU’s campus. Or at least they were when I was there. Especially on a road game/bye week, it was like a ghost town. I can imagine them not even interacting with a student until they hit the cafeteria.

Lol. I used to sneak out milk and bread from the cafeteria, and would marvel at how it would be spoiled the very next day.

I went to the PunchOut a few years ago (I graduated a long time before that) Holy shit things done changed. I got a smoothie, and there was a Chic fill a! When I went to Howard, they had slightly better fast food crap than the caf. Are either of them still there?

What tourist knows that though? The only thing I could think of was that they probably didn’t think any restaurant in the city could handle that many kids at once.

I’m really trying to wrap my head around this. Maybe they went to the Punch Out? But how do you go on Howard’s campus to go to the Punch Out when there are a million gentrified restaurants in Shaw/U street right now? Hell, you can go to McDonald’s literally across the street!
