Calm the fuck down, Paulonius. You're not being the man Spock would want you to be.

The 80s have been cool for ages now. People are already trafficking in 90s nostalgia and making a profit.

How so?

How about the "Get Smart" theme and "Immigrant Song?" I can't be the only one who's noticed this.

"Long Cool Woman in a Black Dress" seems to lift a large portion of T. Rex's "Get it On (Bang a Gong)," though I imagine they both inherited their riff from Chuck Berry or somebody like that.

Shostakovich actually makes a habit of referencing Christmas songs in his pieces. There's a bit of "March of the Tin Soldiers" in one of his Jazz Suites.

I'd say it's definitely the same rhythm, but that's as far as I'd go.

"I Know Someday It's Gonna Happen" is almost a complete ripoff of his other song, "I Know It's Gonna Happen Someday."

Are you gonna tell us which??

There's definitely something very strange in those color choices—the decor actually looks to me like something out of a David Lynch film. Perhaps this is a prequel to that rabbit sitcom of his.

I misread that as a "muscle dysmorphia drama." I for one would totally watch a tragedy about a man addicted to working out.

Season 12 has the Linguo episode, which I remember being pretty fun.

Bullshit. I wanna see the Iggy Pop sex tape

motherfucker

Well we didn't strictly NEED a city in the clouds or most of the really exciting set pieces from the OT, but they still included them and good times were had by all. When I talk about inventiveness, I'm obviously assuming a decent baseline of quality.

My only big worry for the new movie is that it won't be imaginative enough.

I think this song becomes a lot better if you just picture the singer as Winnie-the-Pooh. It's really not much of a stretch if you listen to his voice.

I remember Hey Arnold! using "crap" a few times. It's not all that new a thing.
