Geesh, I really wanted to try to finish some other stuff this weekend, but the season for Gwent also ends this weekend, and I’m so close to the global top 1000, I have to keep pushing (was one win away last night!). It’s going to be a grindy weekend, plus watching GwentSlam 2 when I can. Just me and Crach an Craite…

I feel like this week’s post would be the same as last week’s, as not much has changed: Gwent, The Witcher 3, Hellblade, and the rest; all are still there to play and complete and explore.

Fucking Plus/Same Triple Triad mechanics. So many victories went to defeats ASAP with that junk!

I actually played the version available through the Final Fantasy Portal app for a while, but it got quite repetitive, quite fast.

So....I suppose I am back to talk about games and such. I’ve just been quite busy these days and/or not feeling well, so the idea to write has slipped my mind. My apologies.

I’ve been away for a few weeks, and it looks like nothing has changed. Nothing like a Shingami post to start off the weekend.

Things are not much different for me on the game front, other than I bought a nicer computer to play Gwent on, which also allows me to stream all my horrible misplays and mistakes. That’s a positive, I think.

I only read this today for the first time, and as a lover of NieR: Automata, I have to say that I think your piece really sums up the game wonderfully. I wrote a lot in the previous version of the AV Club about this game, and I’m always happy to see another piece beautifully give this game the respect it deserves.

Best side-quest in the entire expansion is not marked on the map (not sure if this is your first time through).

Also, the expansion holds my favorite minor NPC in the entire Witcher world: Count Beledal. That guy is the best.

It is a really nice feeling when they congratulate you or cheer you on, however. Game does a great job of making you want to earn their praise.
