Only annoyance I have with the 2013 game is that it has multiplayer-only trophies. Just a small annoyance.

I'd suggest reading The Last Wish and Sword of Destiny (in that order), before the first book of the actual series, Blood of Elves. It's generally considered the 'correct' way to read them, and the short stories do a good job of fleshing out some characters you see in later books.
We'd also be hearing "Laptop Gun OP!' 'Farsight OP!' every 1.2 seconds as well.
I find them to be pretty easy reads; long, but fun and engaging. Really worth the time to check them out, especially since the last one (well, save a book of short stories)was finally released in English (if that's your native tongue), so they can all be purchased.
Again, looking at the Emil Heads weapon, it seems like there's still copies of him alive, so maybe he still will catch a break. Always makes the best of the situation, though. Pretty damn inspiring.
The original NieR's battle system was greatly weighed towards the player, so this is pretty similar, I think.
It's a technical demo, basically to see how it works with a bunch of people playing. You can build decks and engage in casual matches.
I agree that both cannot continue (sorry, had to). while I like the optimism E brought, it's also tempered by the very realistic possibility that the cycle just repeats itself. Even more so, if you read the story for the Emil Heads weapon, it definitely sounds like things could head down that route again.
That being…
Conversely; the Speed Star machine is not awesome. Or at least its quest is not awesome, haha.
I'll probably get there myself at some point in this play of TW3. I can't let treasure I know is out there go unlooted, even though most of it will be junk. Ugh.
Yeah, I tend to not notice that stuff either, so perhaps that's why I find it annoying when people critique an entire game because of it. (was not directed at you, for the record)I thought your comments on the graphics were very much in line with how I felt about them: not groundbreaking, but very good for what they…
How does it compare to Final Fantasy XV cooking music? Because that tune is catchy as hell….and the Ignis finger snap is infectious.
No, PS4. But it's impossible to avoid comments like that on any game that's both console and PC Master Race, or even games that are PS4 and PS4 Pro now.
It's like you're carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders now.
I really want Pod 042 or 153 to follow me around and make snarky hypotheses about my decisions every day.
Mine was: Push yourself beyond your limits. Just remember, I'm in your corner. Maybe a little, sappy, but that sequence was sappy fun/exciting/inspiring to me.
So, I finished up NieR: Automata last weekend, and it was a very enjoyable ride for me; while I don't seemingly agree with a good portion of the community surrounding the game on some of the story: I am not a 2B/9S shipper, I think the story is stronger without the romantic aspect, I still think it's a pinnacle of…
There is a trophy for seeing all endings and one for seeing the end credits, which I believe are classified as the ending E credits.
Nice to hear you are enjoying NieR. Some things you should definitely NOT do in the game:
Oh, it will be a little while before I play again. But I'd do the same thing (as long as it's still possible to do so when I play again).
