Yes, the scene when Geralt and Ciri show up at Kaer Morhen breaks down that facade beautifully.

Thank you for that clarification; I was getting horrible flashbacks of trying to defeat Metal Mario in Mario Golf 64.

Walt was the best. Also, I don't know why, but I enjoyed the driving stages. I'm assuming it was due to the synchronization of the music and obstacles, but they were still very fun.

She does if you needle her on why she threw the bed out of the window. She'll do this regardless of who you are romancing, if you decide to keep talking about the bed.

His impressions of rappers on Weekend Update were pretty damn good.

My first NG+ was my first time through Blood and Wine. Thankfully, Superior Black Blood and Superior Vampire Oil saved me many, many times.

It's a no-witcher gear / limited looting run through. By limited looting, I only loot houses that seem abandoned, or I'll only loot something like a formula from an inhabited house. Other than that, it's stuff outside or from treasures getting me through. Thank the gods (and kill if you love them) for Skellige.

Ha, I'm still playing The Witcher 3. It's my third time around.

The Avalanches. It was worth the wait.

Glad to hear you got through it!

I believe he also had a short stint as someone Amy was seeing/dating/taking to places with her on Veep.

Child of Light is a great pickup as well. Interesting battle system, along with a crafting accessory system that's easy to use. Plus that music!

For all of my gripes about memorization, the Music Box is an amazing level.

The insta-read aspect is great, except that it pops up for every thing that is readable, everytime you pick something readable up. I'd be much happier with it if it activated on new/unique items only. But that's a very small nitpick.

Blizzard is listed as a weakness of the Fears, so go for it. Sustained Glyphs should be all that's needed, although Magic Trap could also weaken up the initial Fears (as long as it doesn't hit dormant ones!). I think I was Leshen/Chort/Troll/Thunderbolt/Petri's for most of that fight. Very risky, as it's hard to heal

Lords of Shadow was one of my favorite PS3 games. Although the trials on each level certainly were not at times. Colossus memorization was never fun.

Leshen and Chort decoctions are your friends in that match, plus Yrden. I believe Leshen automatically stuns the Greatest Fear when they pull out the red sword attack. Chort allows you to stand in the black bile/spew/whatever and not be affected.

Well, yesterday I played I'm Not Feeling Too Well, So I'm Taking a Sick Day, all in efforts to push through and complete the main story in NG+ in The Witcher 3. As I completed Hearts of Stone before the main story this time around, this allowed me to dip my toe into Blood and Wine.

I agree, I don't get spoiler frenzy either; I've always contented that if a story is ruined by spoilers, it wasn't that great of a story to begin with.

Currently attempting to take a break from Card Hunter (which is a great choice if you want something like Hearthstone, but not the actual thing) to zoom through a Death March New Game+ in The Witcher 3, in preparation for Blood and Wine showing up in a couple of weeks.
