Of course.
Of course.
Are you implying that Jar Jar isn't cool?
I thought of that too, but it seems too much, especially if rumors are true and Rogue One ends minutes before A New Hope.
Or check out this fan-made credits sequence for Empire Strikes Back and imagine the possibilites.
It would still be a missed oportunity for the sake of tradition, redundancy and familiarity. Think about how some other franchises have re-tooled their basic elements for great effect like, say, Casino Royale's last scene, Batman Begins not having any Batman for a full hour or Creed delaying the Bill Conti fanfare…
I have a bet with some cousins about this, actually. I say it doesn't have a crawl. Not only would it distinguish this from the other movies, but imagine how cool an elaborate James-Bond-or-David-Fincherish opening/closing title sequence for Star Wars could be. And remember, Gareth Edwards was responsible for one of…
"The spin dash proved to be so important to how the character handled that re-releases of the original Sonic have added it to the earlier game retroactively, an honor none of Sonic 3’s additions can boast."
I was just about to write Von Trier and Gainsbourg too.
Lars Von Trier and Charlotte Gainsbourg.
I first thought Pedro Almodóvar and Penélope Cruz, but I'm pretty sure that Pedro's career has been focused on women from the beginning. I'll think of someone else later.
Hassenger already did this feature on Russell and Lawrence.
I feel you, bro.
And being just the second zone of the game it feels like a roadblock between the pretty good first zone and the rest of the game.
I figured them out relatively fast. If I remember correctly, you can move them with the control pad, and you have to wait to jump on the highest point. It wasn't a dealbreaker for me.
Metropolis Zone in Sonic the Hedgehog 2. The level design is alright, but the corkscrew mechanics grind the game to a halt, and are made worse by the enemy placement (those damn robotic starfish!), which is just about the worst in the series. It doesn't help that it is the only zone in the game thas has three acts…
Not even "the prestige" was taken from the Christopher Priest novel, which is named "The Prestige"? I assumed the pledge and the turn were embellishments by the Nolans, but I'm really surprised that the prestige is not taken from the novel. How does that work out? And what is the prestige in the novel?
James Bond Jr. for the Super Nintendo, maybe.
"Chicago, see the J.J. Abrams-produced 10 Cloverfield Lane early and for free"
I'm thinking Howard Hawks. I'll have to research on that since I'm not an expert on that studio workhorses era.
Well', at least I've got time.
