Would you want a convicted killer anywhere near another human being? Because they also get released and they can live anywhere they like.

I was so uneducated that I used to refer to Volvos, the cars, as Vulvas until I was about 16. My older sister who is a nurse finally corrected me one day by saying “I saw an old lady’s vulva today and it looked nothing like that car.”
I learned my conviction from a movie that thematically resonated with me. It was about never giving up, and moving forward despite the odds being against you.
I’m not taking a stand in the case but you do realize how this language is quite similar to what someone would use to dismiss a woman?
Ya know while this specific problem could be solved by moving her into another class...I think my knee jerk reaction would also be to peace out. I worry the coverage of this nationally and especially locally could have ramifications for the kiddo despite none of this being her fault. I would definitely be concerned…
By asking strangers to pay for a luxury few children get? On top of ripping a 7 year old away from her friends?
It was an excellent throw and an excellent duck.
In my day they stapled kids hands to their sandal straps so they would know not to fidget like that. Schools these days are too lax. We need more discipline!
I think the “extra” part everyone is probably peeved with is the fact that they set up a GoFund Me for her. If parents wanna send their child to a private school, they absolutely should, but asking for money from strangers for it is a bit much. Private school isn’t a necessity - it’s a luxury.
Sorry, not sorry. Teenagers are all assholes and if your teenagers are exceptions they are probably smoking weed, so you should test their pee.
They aren’t still in jail because there is a presumption of innocence. So, the state has to prove certain things before bail can be denied. The prosecution attempted to do so in this case, presumably based on the threat to the wife. Apparently, it was enough to add the house arrest but not enough to prevent it…
If you need a laugh, go on youtube and search lyndon johnson ordering pants.
I smell what you’re putting out, and don’t disagree, but I should point out that I just recently learned, when reading about the Cuban Missile Crisis, that JFK was in October of 1962 boning a 19 year old intern, which is, you know, kinda gross and creepy.
Agreed. “As a follower of Christ, I think I’m going to let the rest of you pick up my dinner tab. It’ll teach you the godliness of generosity. You’re welcome!”
Addendum; I can’t believe I accidentally started defending this guy. I don’t care beans for him as an individual. My worry is the precedent of a blackmail victim essentially being punished for reporting the extortion to the proper authorities.
Asking the families of the dead to pay for the legal bills is disgusting.
Imagine for a moment that he does resign...does the next legislator have to use his same computer? Because I would want a new one, ok?
As a follower of Christ, Shouldn’t he have made a quick and decisive decision before he cranked it on camera?
More like CAMEalot amirite?? (sorry)
Remember the golden years of Camalot when politicians would actually fuck gorgeous movie stars and not just pathetically jerk off in front of an electronic screen with strangers?
