I totally agree. While we are at it, why not straight pipe all the V8 Volvos though?

Imagine if you didn’t know about the space behind the seat as a second or third owner. With it you’ve got just enough for a weekend without it you’re looking at a weekday runabout or canyon cruiser.

At this price with those additional extras you’ve got a nice answer to that era’s Audi S4 with more quirk and cars and coffee cachet. If it has the beautiful natural leather interior I am sure this would have been a much easier nice price for most.

I love the idea of these and think they look lovely but for the same price as five or six Honda Beats that you can register in any state... this is a clear crack price.

I’ve seen the sporty version of the concept in person in the nismo factory. It’s the perfect size and the proportions still look great. It would have been a fantastic brz/miata competitor.

Journalists need to balance the value of the leak versus any consequences. It’s not their responsibility to think about the consequences really. They should make a good faith effort to check validity but that is kind of where the buck stops.

I think you’ve hit on a lot of key points. But you’re also forgetting about emissions. A lot of cars are hamstrung because of emissions tuning as well. So not only could this tune cut your longevity but also possibly be poor for the environment.

Ha ha! Well regardless of whether it was intentional or not I wish you could have heard the laughter when we all realized that not a single cone had been touched. We were all like “That was amazing!!”

Ha ha ha! No problem! It made sure we were alert for the rest of the day though. We were really impressed by the full 180 into the J turn and back moving again with no cones down though!

Being from the area, I’ve actually seen this car in person on the streets of Worcester and it’s pretty striking. I’m tempted to buy it myself. I’ve seen this post come up quite a few times. It seems that the seller just keeps reposting all hist original pictures and description.
