Front and rear Fascia are wonky and that sub Maaco paint job screams hidden issues

Sorry, it’s a little too aged and muddled, and that red interior — oh my. I regret selling (years ago) the 1975 4-speed Vette that my dad bought new and eventually gave to me as it would be a great canvas to play with now, but this one looks pretty worn on the interior, has questionably installed bumpers, and with

Don’t worry.  It’s probably already sold.

oh jesus CHRIST i am like 5 miles from this thing. somebody talk me out of buying this my wife is gonna kill me

NP if it can be proven it didn’t experience a horrific crash, necessitating the not-so-accurate front/rear caps.

It’s not unusual to find C3/C4 Corvettes that have been backdated/updated to reflect owner’s preferences for that Corvette look. I like the bubbleback C3s, but prefer the earlier 78-79 bumper caps.

Appears to be in great shape for its age, practically credit card money, got a stick, and parts’ cost won’t make your Visa melt--NP all day.

How about a 1/8-scale model for *checks notes* twenty thousand dollars? https://www.amalgamcollection.com/collections/bugatti

$10 says he stopped at the gas station to grab more beers. Such a kick-ass story that the cyclists went into overdrive, able to stay with him until he stopped, then hopefully (in my mind) beat his ass and dragged him back to the scene.

Fuck that, if you are driving drunk and hit people it is attempted murder.

Well-done EV cars are definitely not boring to drive in twisties imho, but I’d rather EV swap something with a more mundane noise (4-inline) maybe? And with carburettors so that I can escape le bruit et l’odeur? (Oops, sorry for the french private joke)

Two things:

There’s two things you can do if you’re tired of all the articles being negative re: Tesla. Those are the two things in your control. One, you can stop reading them. Two, you can become a Tesla employee and rise high enough to be influential enough to make changes to the quality of the product they put out. If you

What engineers said the Veyron couldn’t be done? Like, I think at the time people talked about how there was no way the Veyron would every be profitable for VW (which I think was true), but I don’t think anyone said that the engineering was not possible.

“I’m not a Tesla owner but...[takes Elons balls out of mouth]”

I’m bringing you out of the greys to tell you how wrong you are.

Let’s play with math -

I really want Hyundai/Genesis to beat it to the punch and actually put their roadster concept into production. That thing looked jaw-dropping.

Something like this does exist, just overseas. I wish the MG Cyberster came stateside but that’s a whole ball of wax. https://www.topgear.com/car-reviews/mg-motor-uk/cyberster/first-drive

It would be sweet with about a ton less road-hugging weight and a nice twin-cam four in the middle of it.
