Because they still do it. Gunn has long since apologized and made an effort to be a better person. Matt and Trey have not.

Still waiting for that episode that makes fun of Libertarians.

Amd they will do so in the usual fashion: by implying that both sides are wrong because they care about things and if you care about things you’re a terrible person.

South Park’s response to The Trouble With Apu should probably be to just stay quiet and hope no one wants to make a documentary called Mongorians At The Gate.

I heavily disagree with his politics but I think he has some solid points about comedy. Most comedians that bash Trump or Christianity use the same trite jokes and low-hanging fruit. “Haha he’s orange” and “uhhh NO GOD idiot lmao sky fairy“. I think Trump's a racist dumbass and religion is absurd, but I also want my

The problem with liver is always it’s very irony, bitter flavour, which can be acquired for some and absolutely revolting for others, plus the fact that it’s *very* easy to overcook. Pre-soak your liver in milk before cooking for a milder flavor and enjoy a very healthful, lean meat.

I’m happy too. A lot of Netflix shows are kinda spotty. This one has been pretty consistent and always manages to get me to put down what I’m doing and pay it some attention.

Not just the season, but every episode ends in a certain way: never joyously, always bittersweet and always set to a rocking 80's song that makes it feel more upbeat. To me it’s where you see the very message of the show — that life is just a series of rebounds from failures/mistakes/challenges and the key to it is to

This isn’t a valid critique of BlacKkKlansman. It sounds like Riley wanted Lee to make a movie about something other than what Lee made a movie about, but a critique should be focused on the story a movie is trying to tell, not what you wish it was about instead.

AVC writers seem dead set on passing on summaries of half-remembered news stories that they only partially understood in the first place.

“It’s a damning assessment on the whole, going so far as to end on a note in which Riley draws links between Lee’s film and a paid advertising campaign he did for the NYPD a few years back.”

“Riley asserts that Stallworth and his colleagues in the FBI’s Counter Intelligence Office spent far more time trying to bring down black radical groups than they ever did screwing with the KKK.’

Making a movie about a good, cool thing a guy did isn’t an endorsement of everything the guy’s employer ever did. That seems like an unreasonable, unsustainable standard.

I thought the commercials were great. The “exit sign” commercial was a masterpiece of timing.

IKR?

Watching Macfayden have Tom’s personality turn on a dime from when he’s talking with rest of the family to then immediately fucking with Greg in some way was the best part of the season for me. And that scene between him and Snook in the bedroom tonight was brilliantly executed by both.

It’s pretty amazing how this show sneaked up on basically everyone. Took me until about ep 4 to really grok what is was going for. Really ballsy and I’m glad it is finally getting notice. This show kicks so much ass compared to the prestige dreck that Westworld puked out this season and everyone fawned over.

Dave Chappelle gets labeled as a troubling name now? There was some transphobic bullshit in his second to last special, but I thought he did a reasonably good job of addressing it in his most recent special, and in my opinion, both were sharp.

You aren't wrong. But this is particularly putrid.

This should be the list of worst comedy ever. These are dark times for people who want to laugh. Yuck.
