The show hasn’t really worked since they axed Jimmy. The whole McDermott era went way off the tracks, and brought us to the almost infuriating storylines and ultra contrived writing that now permeates the show.

The tell that Florian had AIDS is that the hospital says they will have a problem finding a cemetery that will dispose of the body, but that they will help. This happens prior to the bleach the house scene.

There are bigger problems than the timeline obsfucation.

Agreed. I wouldn’t criticize the timeline hijinx as much as what was a lot of treading water with character arcs, with little payoff or reason to care about the outcomes. They also passed by too many unresolved plot points from the first season, or only addressed them very superficially (the maze, the flies, Maeve…

She was in the season, in the scene where Dolores is playing piano...but as William’s daughter!

Note that the robo piano player hands in the opening sequence have been altered to look more like Ford’s.
