Although it didn't come until the late 90's, the VW New Beetle is totally like the most 90's car ever. Like really, it's the bomb! The 90's was a strange time where flower power and bell bottoms came back into style, and the New Beetle came along with them.

For 1 week each year (plus a few days on either side as people arrive/depart), Wittman Regional Airport in Oshkosh, WI is pretty crazy. I can't verify that it actually is the busiest control tower, but sitting on the flightline listening to tower communications, I'm sure it's very close.
