Haha I can't really take all the credit though. Ash came up with the brilliant headline. This merely represents it visually. It was a fun 10 minute experiment!

Here's my 10 minute attempt. All credit goes to the original photographer of course. Purely speculative and for fun =)

Chrysler: To Hit the Bullseye, Sometimes you just Need a Bigger Dart.

I'll give it a go this evening if I have a moment. Leaving the office in about 30 mins (I work at an ad agency for what its worth haha).

Comment of the day. Are you in advertising by chance? That is pure copywriting gold.

The Carrera GT is easily my favorite car of all time. The sound it makes never fails to give me chills all over.

Thats a really handsome car!

So what's the PPI? 4?

My dad owned one and then moved onto a 91 Audi 100. Today he's in a 97 A6Q. Amazing cars.

Was just about to post the video... Lol well played.

Just like others have said, getting cell service over the ocean is virtually impossible. Not to mention cell signals can't really keep up at the speeds a jet flies at (at least not reliably). And I've heard various reports stating that neither wifi nor in flight calls were available. Don't have a solid link at the

I'm not sure I trust the claim that it made it to 45k. That claim is being made from radar alone, but some 2 or 300 miles away. Radar is notoriously inaccurate and prone to interference over long distances and open water like that. Not to mention how difficult it is to get a loaded jumbo jet to that altitude

I had all the same thoughts. In terms of intercepting the SIA flight, I don't think it would be out of the pilot's abilities.

Came across this last night and was astounded by how plausible it seems. Certainly wouldn't have been easy to pull off, but is by no means impossible.

Find a way to fit it in a BRZ/FRS and make it all wheel drive (given the transaxle).

Precisely. I'm sure that transmission is freaking out without being properly rated and calibrated for the new power and torque figures. I test drove a MkV a little while back and walked away thoroughly impressed with the DSG. So much so that I plan to pick up a MkVII performance pack + DSG once available in the US.

I suspect this is because the US has fairly solid intelligence that the plane hasn't crashed into the Indian Ocean. That's how I interpret the decision at least.
