I wonder if the most memorable line of the pilot was "Welcome to the S.C. bitch!"?

That was my first thought. Plus the draw of that movie wasn’t so much that it was a magazine it was watching Andy deal with Miranda. If the person who Miranda is based on is still alive just copy whatever she is doing with her life.
How did I not know that Matthew Perry was from Ottawa? I have lived in Ottawa for almost 20 years and never realized. Meanwhile Sandra Oh is also from here and people never shut up about that fact.
Comics Wonder Man is an interesting character, because popularity wise, he is a total c-lister (unless something has changed since I was reading comics about 20 years ago, but I doubt it) but power wise he is a heavy hitter as strong as some of the big guys like Thor or Iron Man. They could definitely do something…
I wonder if we will soon be at a point where when an actor auditions for a job they have to submit their headshot and like an ancestry.com DNA report which shows their family background.
Ok the nose thing makes sense, although I wasn't aware that drinking blood was a Jewish stereotype.
So is the first James Gunn run DC studios project gonna be "A Hard Wayne's Gonna Fall"?
If Count Chocula was anti-Semitic why would he wear a star of David necklace?
Unless it is about a civil servant in Chicago or NYC, then it's Dick Wolf.
I can easily see him playing the jerky super smart nerd who thinks he is awesome for coming up with some fantastic machine like an inter-dimensional microwave instead of doing thinks that would actually help people like fixing climate change or curing cancer.
It's really a shame they killed off those Marvel one shot shorts they used to include on the blu-rays. Because a little 10 minute short film about Madisynn or Titania or the tracksuit mafia guys or even Bucky's therapist would be pretty cool to see.
The recasting of Missy worked pretty well actually. I just hope they don't ever consider recasting Lola, because even though she is voiced by Nick Kroll she is one of the funniest characters.
A few years ago it was pretty rainy when I took my kids trick or treating. It actually kicked ass. They got really good at putting their umbrella down beside people's doors. And since there were way fewer kids out people had lots of candy that they just wanted to get rid of.
Has James Gunn found someone to be his director's chair?
I read the article. He talks about how he wanted Tony to be killed driving into NY, then while driving by a diner he says “Tony should get it in a place like that”. "Get it" didn’t mean get a milkshake. And regardless of how cryptic his statement was, AV Club reported that Chase said Tony was killed. So it would be…
I honestly thought Game of Thrones (and the spin off) would be higher. Not because they are good (I have never watched an episode since I don't really care for fake medieval fantasy wizard stuff) but because AV Club never stops talking about it. With the amount of coverage it gets you would think beat show ever.
AV Club reported that Chase said Tony died.
You may want to revise your opening sentence. Chase confirmed last year that Tony died. The AV Club even covered that story.
I haven't actually seen any of those movies but even with watching (and being super into) Lost I can see that he is super uneven. That said I would rather have someone who might give you something like "Not Penny's Boat" but you might also get some of those really crappy Lost episodes versus someone who is just…
AV Club called The Leftovers the 3rd best show of 2017 and Watchmen the 2nd best show of 2019. But I guess they forgot who created those.
