My 2008 Mitsubishi Evo X. The Recaro seats were perfect for me. The incredible shove when the turbo spooled up just shy of 3000 RPM. I left it bone stock, but that thing would move like nobody’s business. No matter how hard I pushed it, there always seemed to be more in reserve. Cornered amazingly. In the snow I

The auto stop/start on my 2021 Bronco. You really need to be able to turn that off and have it stay off without having to put some aftermarket thing in to remember the setting. It’s annoying, and with it on, I can’t imagine the fuel savings are enough to warrant the irritation.

Plenty of folks will probably disagree with me on this, but the factory Recaro seats I had in my 2008 Mitsubishi Evo X were perfect for me. It was like sitting in a suction cup that held you in the perfect position for that car, even though they lacked heating and cooling.

1985 ,I was on a trip with the Boy Scouts from Pittsburgh, PA to the high adventure base near Cimmaron, NM, Philmont. We drove and were doing some cool sightseeing on the trip down. We had just come down one of the mountain passes in Wyoming to Powell. We were in a station wagon and a motor home built on a one-ton

The Mickey Thompson car that killed Dave MacDonald and Eddie Sachs in the 1964 Indianapolis 500.

Jeep Wrangler for sure, but also any full-size truck.

    Viper.

In high school, I used to use my brother’s truck (1974 Chevy heavy-half) to mow lawns. For the larger ones we used a garden tractor that we towed on a tandem-axle trailer that had surge brakes (not electrical). I should mention at this point that brother’s truck had manual brakes (no assist). Towing that trailer and

How has no one suggested the Rimac Nevera yet?

Convertibles. I don’t care if it’s a Mustang convertible, the Mitsu Eclipse convertible I once had as a rental, or a Jeep with the soft top.  The road noise and cowl rattles will quite literally drive you insane.  And when it starts pouring rain, even if you’re lucky enough to no have any leaks, the noise of a driving

Totally agree on all the pickup truck sentiments, but let’s take it to the max.  2500 Ram Megacab with the 6.7 Cummins (think about the cost of diesel right now) and the 6 speed manual transmission.  I referred to the one I had as the “Battlewagon” and getting it around city streets in traffic was difficult at best.

Navara with a dump bed and storage box behind the cab.  How awesome!

Option 1: The Road to Hana on Maui. Tight turns galore, single lane bridges, no guardrails.  Perfect Rally stages! What a thrill!

Pittsburgh, PA.  Pothole capitol of the world.

Three words:  Rich. Corinthian. Leather.  Every other answer is just frippery.

Honda Element. Just weird enough, just practical enough. Instead of all the useless current crop of SUVs that all look the same. Take the badges off and you can’t really tell the difference from 100 yards away. The Element would be easily the one that stood out as different. Do it as a BEV and Honda wouldn’t be able

Any Subaru. I feel like when people buy them they must get a course in rude driving thrown in with the cost. 95% of the time someone cuts me off on the highway, it’s a Subaru. Someone poking along at 45MPH in the hammer lane? Subaru. Someone blasting past me doing 95MPH in the right lane? Subaru.  I see the Subaru

Surprised that it hasn’t been brought up yet, but the Bricklin SV-1.
