1983, I was working on my Eagle Scout Project. Part of it included moving 40 tons of topsoil from our farm down to the church. Dad had me call a buddy of his who had an excavation company to see about having him send over a dump truck. He was more than happy to send over a tri-axle to move the dirt, which we loaded

I wonder if Toyota will sure up it’s reputation or if this is start of a permanent slide.

Did halfway (Pittsburgh, PA to Dallas, TX) round trip a couple times in a 2013 Ram 2500 diesel mega cab with the 6-speed manual. 600 miles on a tank of fuel, comfortable ride, loads of room in the cab. Me and my brothers 3 kids, no worries. Oh, and good-sounding stereo as well for the tunes.

The Jeep FC-150 and FC-170.  Cool-looking and highly useful little 4X4 pickups!

I daily a 2018 Cayman I bought used last year.  Best car I’ve ever owned.  Even road-tripped with it to Niagara Falls and western Ohio.  38+MPG on the interstates.

Any Subaru. I get cut off merging and what car cut me off? It’s a Subaru. Someone passes me on the interstate and immediately slows down in front of me? Subaru. Person in front of me on the on ramp decides to come to a complete and abrupt stop at the end of the on ramp? Subaru. I get behind some moron driving 10 MPH

I’m going to have to go with a couple options here:

The inside of that looked like a superfund site...

    Eisenhower?  Yes.  Trump? No, just...No.

    DCA

May as well stick with something I have that I like to drive...

The Javelins is a “good” idea, but this is better...

2200 ish miles to Pittsburgh, PA (assuming it’s in the easternmost part of OR). If it actually got 56 miles on a charge, I would have to charge it 40 times to get home. No thanks.

I bought a 2021 Bronco in Cyber Orange. It was quite literally the only one I could find at the time. Wasn’t sure about that color when I bought it, but it’s

It’s still unclear how many people where on the bridge (were)

Aston Martin Lagonda. Wedges were all the rage back in the day, and some still look good (Lancia Stratos), but the Lagonda just looks like something from a bad sci-fi flick. And the computer systems in it are even worse...

I paid $57,000 ish one month for my 2013 Ram 2500 Diesel Megacab, but that was the only payment I had to make on it.  Does that count?

I’m going to say with near certainty that the timing belt needs to be changed on that 4 banger. And there is a chance that the cam lobes have worn down some. So unless that ad indicated less than a full rebuild of the engine, ND. Even if it did, I wouldn’t be willing to drop more than $2,500 on it, because I’ll also

Rode in something very similar when I was in Boy Scouts to go from Pittsburgh, PA to the High Adventure base at Cimmaron, NM (Philmont) back in the 80's. On a long slog uphill, prepare to loosen up the doghouse to get a little heat out of the engine compartment. They do tend to run a bit on the toasty side. BTW, had

I’ve pre-ordered an aftermarket hardtop for my ‘21 Bronco.  Been waiting 2 years for it.  Had to pay up front.  It’s supposed to finally be in production.  $6,500.
