So, as someone who doesn’t really do superhero/comic book movies, how far back would I need to go to have Infinity War and this make sense and be enjoyable? I mean, people seem to think that they’re really, really good movies, but can I just jump in at the end with no build up and enjoy them?  Please advise.

When you say that it increases rents in the areas, doesn’t it simultaneously increase home values (and subsequently property taxes) for existing residents of the areas? I saw that ~50% of Arlington County residents owned homes, so presumably, half of the population of the county is getting a boost in home equity out…
