Yeah...but those two games were known for being extra-short. 11 hours is only passable if your game is a fps and has it's main focus on the mp.

Too each his own, I guess. For me the fighting in RPGs is just the filler between the good stuff -so any RPG that more or less just consists of that doesn't sound very interesting to me, at all.

I'd image there was some form of incentive to bring it under the GFWL umbrella. Can't really come up with a real reason not to go with the most popular service (Steam) otherwise. No one likes GFWL.
