I wish this hard stance by the developer was taken in more games
I hope you're not re-considering based off 1 review haha. I personally adored the story line, felt it was a real rollercoaster. I even cried at the end (though the music really played that bit up).
I remember reading that the game had major choice consequence. From the website, "Player choice that drives your narrative Every decision you make in travel, conversation and combat has a meaningful effect on the outcome as your story unfolds." Is the narrative so boring that this is basically meaningless? I did not…
In all honesty, there have been way more RPGs done by skewing medieval stuff with magic, or fantasy whatever, than something rooted as just historical fiction. I would wait until we see more.
The ending didn't suck bacause Sheppard died, it was terrible because it was badly written and was overall incoheren with the general themes of the game only for the sake of having a "surprising/unexpected ending".
The whole "We created synthetics to kill organics so synthetics don't kill organics" is one of the…
Well considering these games are designed, programmed and created on PC's and even tested on PC's it pretty much points out that R* is lazy. Most every "next-gen" game you've seen at event press shows were running on native PC hardware.
the point is these people are basically banning alcohol because kids might get drunk. taking the responsibility out of the hands of parents. imo this is terrible, it allows parents to take less blame and responsibility for their actions and the actions of their young.
As someone who's been playing PC games for about 30 years and has been a Steam user since 2004, I have absolutely 0 (zero) interest in this announcement. People seem to think it's going to change gaming, but it's not. For that, you need GAMES. People have PC hooked up to their TV already, and the Big Pic mode already…
Racist 12-year olds. Exactly why I don't play online anymore.
I'll take a stab at giving a more reasoned response. I'd love to hear your counter-arguments as well.
No its not and unless you've got a good way to back up your statements, its just your opinion...which just sounds like "I'm not being catered to, so it must be bad for everyone".
I'm not a porn expert, but it seems that a lot of them leave porn, and others come back and continue to work, often with other HIV positive performers.
so true.
Why does Gawker insist on changing your layout every few months? The old one was fine, this one looks so crowded and convoluted and ugly, every story looks like it runs into the next and the stuff on the left feels out of place and messy...
Yes. If you have ever seen a movie, or read a book, D3's story comes off as a really bad joke.
No joke. None of these assholes has the capacity to enjoy anything anymore. All they do is whine and complain.
Leave then.
Though I originally despised the ending of ME3, I have come to terms with it. The thing is there are some things about it that just doesn't sit well to me even now and makes it one of the most frustrating endings I've seen.
The Jezebel article about why the writer won't play GTAV is quite possibly the dumbest thing I've read on a Gawker site. How ludicrous is it that someone would pass up on playing a game because of what the main character has dangling between their polygonal legs? Conversely, if GTAV had an all female cast, and was a…
