The only legal proceedings that I am aware of moving forward st this time is Trump being sued on various charges including the rape lawsuit and the Trump “University” law suit. If we are extra lucky more will emerge shortly.

Well I thought that in the American justice system one is presumed innocent until proven guilty - so as far as I know none of the candidates is a criminal as none of them have been charged, prosecuted or found guilty of any crimes.
