Completely different situations. In each of those she led a rebellion freeing slaves to win her power. In Westeros, things are different. She is trying to overthrow a ruler of a “free” city. The politics involved are much different and it is wise of her to lean on people that know the inner-workings of those politics.

This looks like the ironic over-the-top trailers made just to go inside of another movie as commentary on how consumerism is ruining everything. This being REAL is just insane. It makes sense if you look at the backgrounds of the players of each league. Basketball is played and promoted heavily on the coasts and many of the top prospects that make it to the big leagues are from these racially-diverse areas that are more tolerant of minorities and other populations.

I don’t know. In the comics there was very little crossover between the X-titles and the rest of the Marvel universe. Sure, the big mega-events had them included, but they were rare and for the most part they ignored the other existed.

What about in the handful of states where the minimum wage is the same for tipped employees as non-tipped? 

I agree for the states that allow the ridiculous $2/hr for tipped employees. However, in many states, they are paid minimum wage, which is about right for the service they provide. We don’t tip grocery store clerks, or baggers at the grocery store, sales clerks at the mall, etc.

As someone who works in the public sector. Pension beneficiary amounts ARE based on the life expectancy of the individual receiving them. If she had a spouse and opted to designate them as the beneficiary, they would have received a much greater monthly amount based on a shorter life expectancy.
