Exactly, I never understood why anyone would want built-in cellular. Wireless carriers are constantly changing their technologies, adding bands, etc. Then you have to pay a data plan on top of that.
I’m willing to bet 99% of Mac Pro and eventually Surface Book users are primarily using their laptops as fancy screens to watch YouTube (and Social Media, Email, and not much else.)

The Suface Book’s base model comes with an i5 as well... however, that is not the comparison they were making. People are leaving out the big qualifier that he said before he made the “twice as fast” comment.
Except you DO have to pay nearly $500 more for discrete graphics. The $1499 base model doesn’t include it.

It does not appear to be doing any tracking. It is just extremely precise at “throwing” the balls so they follow the same trajectory and timing.
Looking at the configurations on MS’s website... the entry level model does not come with the GPU for $1499. The cheapest model with a GPU is $1899!!!
Macbook Air is a toy compared to this. Terrible screen, much slower hardware.
