What is going here?

Where else do you find this sort of stark and brutal honesty? Almost no where, I tell you! There may be some examples in political media and blogs scattered around but they genneraly are personal ‘sway’ blogs meant to fume over policy or the never ending Dem vs Rep debate that strangles America.

Matt, your like everyones’ favorite casual masochist.

Ummmm, I already subsribed to the(a) Jalopnik YouTube Chanel: What is that then?

I’m sure BMW are rather, if not very upset that the car has leaked but really, who the hell cares?

You couldn’t be any more wrong if you tried. Gordon Murray and GMD, his company, have spent the last 7-8 years developing iStream: spending in excess of 50 million GBP making it market ready.

hahahaahahahahaha!!!

5TH GEAR(How it should be!)

Sometimes on this site I find the humor just doesn’t come across to me. I know everyone wants to be funny and clever but on this subject I just don’t see the humor.

Scott-R, I’m sorry but you’re just plain wrong. Production in Canada has fallen over the last 10 years and if current projections are to be believed, GM may pull out entirely of Canada over the next decade.

I’m totally with you on this car. The new 570 is what I would buy and never care this ever existed.

hahahahahahaha!!!!

It’s interesting to read all of the comments, not just on Jalopnik but across the web on this subject. The overwhelming sentiment is that Piech was a narcissist of the highest order and that the VW Phaeton was his greatest mistake: the poster child of Piech’s rein.

Steel production is not the cleanest of industries around but if you want to see something really dirty and damaging, take a look into aluminum smelting!

I think 472CID might be right. I went to my local spring bike show and stopped at the Harley booth just to check out the awful bikes and, I hate to say it, typical Harley riders. Too me they’re like visiting Walmart on any Saturday night.

I appreciate the star, thanks.

You sir, make me proud to be a Jaloponaught!

You have no idea how right you are!

Many of you are just missing the point completely! iStream is the point and not the T25/27 or whatever designation this car gets. The car isn’t the story, the way in which it’s built, the materials used and the process to get it to market is what this is all about.
