I stand by the idea of an Obi-Wan and Uncle Owen action/comedy road adventure. It would be fantastic with Obi-Wan’s dry humor and an out of his element Uncle Owen. It would lend a lot of credence to Owen’s not wanting Luke to hang out with Kenobi or leave the moisture farm for adventure.
