Well he himself wasn’t super interesting, but he had potential. It was more the whole build up that your diving into the past was going to lead to something substantial in the present. That there was going to be some kind of resolution to the centuries of conflict between two warring factions and all of humanity was

Idk, it couldn’t possibly be as bad as forcing you to kill your ally/potential love interest out of nowhere with no explanation, half assing an explanation of why you did it, and then continuing the series without wrapping up most of the older plot points that made the game and series interesting.

You might be right, but it was true (at least, that’s the idea) for thousands of years. Personally, I kinda of believe is still true in some sense; for example, whenever I have been in an emergency and “Kids and women evacuate first” without exception, we all agree. And that’s the way it should be as kids and women

Archetypes exist for a reason. They are easy to understand, universal and general. And I believe that’s what Nintendo is after. Yes, they might crash with our current ideas of roles and gender, but this is just ingrained with the psyche. Nintendo is always slow to get with the times but still, that’s not always bad.

So are you going to boycott and criticise everything produced by Riot Games even though some of their stuff is made by the very female employees you are white knighting? I guess Riot Games should just disappear, I’m sure all their employees, including the female ones, would be more than happy with having to find new

Yeah, you would think if anything it was a Pyramid Scheme. :)

As long as it’s entertaining, how it looks may be secondary. There are shows for which the appeal is in the characters and plots more than the visual fidelity.

I guess anime is more like regular television than we thought.

Why? You should be working.

So you’re opening Kotaku at work, and yet, instead of closing the browser and going back to work when you come across an image that’s a bit iffy, you decide to research (still at work, presumably) the plot of the show in order to find out if it’s as gratuitously perverse as the image makes it seem. Don’t worry, your

This is inexplicably cathartic.

I think it’s some of the most anti-consumer bs that was weirdly put up with for a while.  I want to use my computer when I need it - it’s pretty embarrassing when this stuff happens in a work environment and I can’t do my job for 10 minutes so the customer is just standing there starring at me. Now imagine if my job

Ok I don’t have Windows 10 but I have to ask the question anyway:

That’s Dr. Johnny Dictionary, thank you very much.

Check out Dave WorkingClass here with his mockery of anything that isn’t written for a 5th grader.

“I have some quibbles with Rowling’s world building—how does magic work, exactly?”

Wikia’s neat but yeah, boiling down wiki content into a video kind of defeats the purpose of having an article in the first place. If you wanted a video summing it up there are plenty of YouTube videos to do that with.

Heeeey, look at Mr. Sparklyshirt over here with all his clean clothes! I just stay naked all the time and take a swim in a lake when I get dirty.

Wooaaah, check out Mister Pennybags here and his money to pay for the laundromat, instead of taking all his clothes down to the local creek for a rinse.

Look at Mr FancyPants over here, having a washing machine in their apartment as well as a bathroom.... Man I miss not having to pay $5.00 to do laundry, someday I guess... Someday. :D
