But... they did actively not fight the other team so it is pacifist.

I believe last year for the qualifiers they got a Techies, KOTL, and Treant in a match and attempted to stall the game for as long as they could. It lasted around 3 hours. The madmen lol

Characters can change, that is right, but this time, just doesn’t make sense. Kratos was already a family man but his belief system make him a monster, he wasn’t one dimensional, he was a cynical guy trying to destroy a cynical…

GoW’s combo system was pretty shallow to begin with (come at me bro), so I’m cool with them doubling down on the spectacle and story since that’s what the series did best. I’m generally curious if Corey “MY FIGHT MONEY!!” Balrog and his team can pull off dad Kratos. As many others here have noted, part of the appeal…
