“Sony is trying to protect its dominance on the console,” Spencer said. “The way they grow is by making Xbox smaller.”

You also unlock little conversation things with a teacher after each class (an ! will appear in the school menu to show this). If you talk to them you increase friendship with the teachers/staff and get some free stuff. If you max it you get some rewards as well. The most notable being a Galarian Meowth and Terra

I don’t actually like the autobattling. You get less xp for it and some level up stuff like evolving and earning EVs doesn’t work. You also don’t learn moves, well you do, but you’ve got to go into the menu and do that remember move thing which doesn’t help when you’re using new pokemon and have no idea when they

I mean, how many of the people who play Smash are involved in the tournament scene? Casual players are the lifeblood of most games and Smash is no different.

Most people who play games don’t follow news about games or the industry, let alone news about Smash tournaments or fan project takedowns. There are people I

Flashbacks to w-item duping in FF7. I think they never patched that out in any of the ports.

Kinda hope they leave this one in too but I somehow doubt it.

I never really got into Call of Duty. The first one came out during a busy time in my life where I didn’t play many games and FPS was never a genre I was very interested in so it just flew under my radar. It also felt like there were a ton of WW2 type shooters at the time so they all blended together when I read about

I was wondering if they were doing this as a way to skirt around censorship laws that were preventing them from releasing in Japan but it sounds like the DLC is just adding more so I guess not. Might have been a clever work around depending on how much they need to censor but considering how much dismemberment happens

Jank is funny. As long as I don’t get softlocked or something I generally don’t mind when a game bugs out. Performance dips, while irritating, are usually not deal breakers for me unless I’m playing something more fast paced like a shooter, fighting game, or action brawler sorta thing.

The stuff that concerns me are ha

Oof. I heard it was better recently but that’s pretty grim.

It’s also very hard to predict when a new upgrade or whatever will happen due to the continued supply issues plaguing console manufacturing. If a new Switch or nintendo console was announced right now there’d definitely be shortages as bad or worse than when the PS5 was initially released.

The Switch definitely needs

The problem isn’t people using it the way you do. You’re not the problem here, go nuts and have fun with it! If people want to use AI art to make stuff for personal use that’s fine! It’s great that people are finding new ways to be creative.

Nobody’s worried about this because we’re luddites, most artists use software

That’s sort of the problem though isn’t it? There’s no way to prevent said morons from using the tool in unscrupulous ways (yet) beyond the quality of said art being terrible.

The one neat thing I got out of messing with AI art tools is text. It spit out some interesting looking squiggles and stuff that could pass as alien language or something. That’s kinda fun.

I just wish they’d stop putting sweeteners in the bread. >.>

Poring through is ok. You can pore over or through something but you don’t want to pour a cup of water on the thing you’re studying.

There goes another legend. *sigh* Getting old sucks.

I always hate hearing news about classic japanese game devs passing because there’s so little info on a lot of what went on back then. Even figuring out who worked on some of those older games can be next to impossible. We’re losing talented people and bits of gaming

I loved the first game, but I’m so glad they removed party restrictions in this one. They did a good job giving each character it’s own skills and play style but it really started to bug me that you had to keep mario+a rabbid in your party at all times.

I also think it’s a nice touch that you recruit most of the

At this point, can you even call it a jrpg? It just looks like an action game to me. It might be fun and I’m sure some people are excited about it, but I’m not really sure what to think at the moment.

I’m just curious enough about the plot to watch someone stream it but this combat isn’t really what I go to Final

I’ve always said, make it as easy as possible for people to give you their money and they will.

Piracy kind of reverses this. The more crap you have to go through in order to pirate a game or get it working, the more likely it is that you’ll give up and buy the game or walk away. I pretty much stopped pirating games
