Arms was far from the best studio out there but I do have some fondness for their stuff. I wouldn’t revisit a lot of it but back in 2004 everybody was talking about Elfen Lied and La Blue Girl is still a pretty infamous hentai. I’m a little sad to see them go.

yeah it shouldn’t be a big deal. And since it’s crossplay if anyone’s has issues with epic they can just play it on console instead or keep playing it on steam. It’s only really an issue for new players who don’t want to use the epic launcher but again, console. Having options is great.

To be fair, in this instance, it’s not about having to buy a game on another platform. It’s more like if you were playing a game on your Xbox and then they suddenly told you you had to start playing it on another console. You wouldn’t mind since you happen to own that console too. It won’t cost you any money to play

if you have a Vita, it got Muramasa Rebirth. It’s not quite a remaster, I think they did up the resolution (it looks absolutely gorgeous) but the only new content I’m aware of were the 4 DLC campaigns.

Each one is a shorter story than the main game, but after you beat it the full world map opens up so you can clear

I would kill to get Muramasa Rebirth released on modern consoles. It was my favorite game on the vita (and probably the most beautiful looking one as well). The DLC characters were all fantastic as well. If I could get a complete version up on steam or on a ps4/5 I’d be in heaven.

I don’t play mobile games but I’ve been listening to the soundtrack for this off and on since it got ripped. I really hope Keiichi Okabe keeps getting work. The stuff MONACA does is absurdly good.

Assault on dragon’s Keep was pretty fun (though Tales from the Borderlands is still probably the best story thing that’s ever come out of this series) so I know that they have it in them to put out some good/fun stuff. I see why people slide off the humor (especially now that it’s getting dated) but a decent amount of

I’m glad the people I watch on Twitch are relatively chill and low key. Maybe someday horrible drama will ensue but they haven’t let me down yet and they make the nights I can’t sleep way more tolerable.

I love the cyberpunk aesthetic, I love the idea of customizing your character with cool implants, I love Keanu, but first person open world games are exhausting. I don’t know why but they are. I never finish them.

I’m also a stealth guy so stealth/hacking and maybe some melee with robot arms or something would be my

you’re reading too much into that. It’s just an rpg trope that humans are a jack of all trades master of none kinda thing. They make their versatility the draw to picking them over a stat boost or feature/ability.

I get the read on it so rewording it is fine, but I’m sure there’s no ill intent behind it. It’s just a

yeah, I loved the assassin tombs and climbing around inside the Hagia Sophia in Revelations. The climbing stuff was actually what got me into the series

This. Leveled enemies and gear feel so horrible in this franchise. I don’t mind rpg elements but this franchise was built on premise of sneaking around, doing parkour, and assassinating people and that’s just not where the focus is now. They might as well just make it a new IP at this point.

this, TLOU was competently made but it had a lot of problems. I don’t mind that people enjoyed it, but I do think it’s odd how people tend to hold it up like some holy grail of videogame story telling, especially with the contrived situation the ending forces you into. It’s a decent game, and there are plenty of good

That’s cool. If I ever get a cellphone I’ll check it out

It’s always something.

I’ve been getting into audiobooks lately so I have stuff to listen to at work, but audible uses DRM so they only work on certain players. Sometimes I can find other places to buy them but usually I gotta pirate.

Pretty much. The Playstation (and PSP/Vita) were always a solid bet for jrpgs and weird/niche Japanese games. These days a lot of them are finally getting PC ports so that’s cool but, like you said, Xbox did so bad in Japan that nobody really makes games for it. You’re way more likely to get a P5 release on PC than on

I can sorta get it. From an artistic standpoint those masks are more like monster masks than tiki or tribal masks. They’re like cyclopses (what is the plural of cyclops anyway?) with sharp teeth. It’s kinda fun. Red black and white are all pretty nice looking in the same color palette too. The problem is more with the

Tower defense is ok in my book but RTS scares me because I suck at micro. I love their action games but I’m mostly in it for the art this time. Vanillaware games always look so gorgeous and I’m curious to see how this turns out since most of their stuff so far has been fantasy based not modern/sci-fi. Hopefully the

I work in a grocery store. Been there a long time, way before this mess started. It’s been absolutely insane. Thankfully I work at night so I get to avoid contact with everyone but my co-workers. We’ve been joking this whole time that if one of us had it, we’d all be sick by now but it is basically the truth.

The

My friends have been getting back into magic, mostly because of the new companion mechanic but I think I might be done. I was never really into Planeswalkers and nothing’s really grabbed me from the new sets. The last one I saw had pirates and dinosaurs and somehow that wasn’t even enough! I do like that they’ve been
