the ‘big cheat’ is glorious. I don’t know why my brain still has it memorized, I haven’t played Turok since the N64 days but my brain has this cheat on long term storage it seems

I never want to see another KyoAni. I’m glad they’re taking it seriously. The anime industry is very rough on it’s workers, they shouldn’t have to worry about their safety as well.
Right? It makes me so sad.
My best friend and his wife and kid were living in Korea when Trump got elected. I remember how worried she got during the run up to the election. It wasn’t just a “I don’t want this guy to be president” vibe. It was genuine worry for the safety of herself and her child growing up in a country led by him. For a long…
it’s a longshot, but villagers always leave something behind when they move out. My friend got a cool fall wallpaper that way. If you’re willing to let O’Hare go it might be worth a shot. I don’t know if there’s any way to save scum it or how the game decides what they leave behind though. Might want to look into that…
Fair point. It’s not a bad ending by any means. I particularly love how they pan up into space and let the credits roll over Blue. The weight has finally been lifted. It’s a nice touch.
I guess I just find it all a bit of a downer. From Spike’s perspective it’s not. He stopped running and embraced it. He’s probably…
Something about the team dynamic in Bebop always bugged me. The series is a lot of fun and there’s a lot of great character stuff in there but I could never shake the fact that the cast felt very disconnected. This rings especially true in the final episode where Spike abandons the Bebop to avoid dragging his friends…
I like OOT’s combat. It’s fun.
My only gripe is probably with the Forest Temple. I’m the weirdo who always got stuck there instead of the Water Temple. Something about the layout of that place confuses me every time and I always end up a key short.
That said, I think all Zelda games have slogs. There’s a ton of running…
Damn. I swear I spent an hour or so trying to fight one there without finding him. I don’t think he had any rare drops, it was just some OCD thing younger me did on a later playthrough.
I also tried really hard to find these things https://finalfantasy.fandom.com/wiki/Bagrisk because they were the only way to get Vagyr…
I go male IF they let me be a monster. Like the Argonians in the Elder Scrolls games. Otherwise I pick female characters. They usually have a wider variety of options for customization (especially hair) and I tend to like their VA’s better.
I kinda wish more games had actual characters instead of self-insert protags…
I’m getting Payday 2 flashbacks.
Same. The struggle is real
Tifa’s got big Sabin energy too in the original. Picking up dragons and stuff with her limit breaks never stopped being funny/awesome.
derp, should have scrolled down more before I posted that video
Think you’re right. Went to look it up and ran into this, thought it was interesting
I got picky about my villagers around the time I got the campsite but that was because someone told me ten was the max so I thought I didn’t have much room left.
Now I’m maxed out and kinda sad because I like so many of my villagers but I don’t really want any of them to leave. At least when you get stuck with a…
Getting flashbacks to playing Fire Emblem last year. I played through half of the Black Eagle route in Three Houses before I realized I could run in the monastery.
I’m a weirdo. When I play the original I always take the stairs, then go down through all the floors to get items (thus ruining the entire point of sneaking in via the stairs)
I’m more annoyed with the other boss fight tbh. I can forgive it since ending a multipart game with a bang is kinda hard but the whisper boss should have been enough. It felt kinda weird to keep going after that
I think I might have been a fan of the ending but why throw in that final boss fight? Really felt like they didn’t have enough confidence in their finale
